Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of eminencemedia.co/ and to services you buy from Eminence Media LLC ("we"). By using the site or buying a service, you agree to them.

Our services

Each project or monthly service has a scope and price that we confirm with you in writing, by email or in a proposal, before work begins. If something in a written proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal controls.

Payment

Fixed-price projects are paid in advance unless we agree otherwise. Larger projects start with a 50% deposit, with the rest due at launch. Monthly services are billed each month. Ad spend, printing, and postage may be billed separately when noted in your quote.

Monthly services

Monthly services start with a three-month term, or six months for Growth Partner, then continue month to month. After the first term, you can cancel with 30 days written notice.

Your content and accounts

You own your business name, logo, photos, and content. You give us permission to use them to deliver your services. Accounts we set up for you, such as Google Business Profile or ad accounts, belong to you, and we’ll give you full access.

Results

We work hard to get you more calls and customers, but we can’t guarantee specific results, rankings, or sales. Search engines, ad platforms, and the U.S. Postal Service control parts of the process that we don’t.

Built to Scale and other information

Our articles, guides, and Built to Scale products are general business information, not legal, tax, or accounting advice. Built to Scale products are sold through Gumroad, and all digital sales are final.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
