Refund Policy

We want every project to feel like a good decision. Here’s how refunds work.

Fixed-price projects

If you cancel before we start work, we’ll refund your payment in full. Once work has started, we’ll refund any part of the work we haven’t done yet.

Project deposits

Deposits for website and campaign projects reserve your spot and pay for the first stage of work. They’re refundable in full until work begins.

Printing and postage

Once a postcard or door hanger order is sent to the printer, printing and postage costs can’t be refunded. We’ll always confirm the final proof and quote with you before that happens.

Monthly services

Monthly fees cover work already done and aren’t refunded. You can cancel future months as described in our Terms of Service.

Digital products

Built to Scale products are sold through Gumroad. All digital sales are final.

How to ask for a refund

Email info@eminencemedia.co with your name and invoice number. We’ll reply within two business days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
